Support Associate

Summary

The Support Associate assists with stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and merchandise handling to maintain store organization and support sales. This role performs daily operational tasks on the sales floor and stockroom under the direction of leads and managers to enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle merchandise transfers, inbound and outbound freight processing
• Pick, pack and ship online and store customer orders
• Perform merchandise placements to maintain visual and inventory standards
• Complete price changes, reticketing and signage moves
• Manage back stocking, stockroom organization and maintenance
• Process damages, mark outs of stock and inventory control tasks
• Support set up and tear down of in-store events and activations
• Follow safety procedures on the dock and in work areas

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience
• Ability to handle competing tasks with a collaborative attitude
• Basic proficiency with MS Office product suite
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs and lift up to 35 pounds when required
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
