Support Associate

As a Support Associate at Neiman Marcus in Troy, you will play a crucial role in supporting store operations, enhancing customer experiences, and maintaining merchandise organization. You will work closely with the RPSO Manager to ensure smooth daily operations in a dynamic retail environment.

• Assist with merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound/outbound freight.
• Fulfill, pack, and ship online and store customer orders.
• Ensure merchandise standards are followed through necessary placements and price changes.
• Organize and maintain stockroom and back stock areas.
• Support set-up and take down of in-store events and activations.
• Follow all safety procedures in work areas.

• 1+ year of retail experience.
• Flexibility with competing tasks and a collaborative mindset.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
