Support Associate - Plano

Summary

Support Associate responsible for stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and merchandise handling to support store operations and enhance the customer experience. Works under the RPSO Manager and follows direction from leads, managers, and Visual to maintain merchandise standards and support in-store events and activations.

Responsibilities

• Handle merchandise transfers and process inbound and outbound freight
• Fulfill, pack, and ship online and store customer orders
• Perform merchandise placements to maintain store presentation standards
• Complete price changes, reticketing, and signage setup
• Manage reticketing, damages, mark outs of stock, and inventory control processes
• Back stock merchandise and maintain stockroom organization
• Support setup and take down of in-store events and activations
• Follow safety procedures on the dock and in other work areas
• Assist managers and visual team with merchandising and sale event execution

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, stairs, and lifting up to 35 pounds
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic proficiency with MS Office product suite
• Ability to follow direction from managers and work collaboratively in a team
