Support Associate

Summary

The Support Associate provides efficient operational support across store functions, including shipping and receiving, stockroom, cash office, and administrative duties. The role helps maintain store processes, support inventory accuracy, and deliver an elevated customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Support inventory preparation and execution, and assess store processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Process incoming and outgoing merchandise according to company standards, including shipping, transfer, alteration, and inventory documentation.
• Maintain and replenish office, facilities, and associate grooming supplies.
• Coordinate invoice approvals with Accounts Payable and engraving and embossing services.
• Support loss prevention, shrink reduction, and asset protection procedures.

Requirements

• Strong organizational, time management, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Collaborative approach and ability to support teams across store departments.
• Strong computer skills preferred, including Microsoft Office, Workday, and Outlook; relevant work experience preferred.
• Ability to maneuver throughout the store, stand and walk for multiple hours, lift up to 30 pounds, and climb a ladder as trained.
