Support Associate - Tysons Galleria

Summary

Assist with stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and merchandise handling to support store operations and enhance the customer experience at the Tysons Galleria location. Perform daily operational tasks under the direction of leads and managers and support store events and activations.

Responsibilities

• Handle merchandise transfers and process inbound and outbound freight
• Fulfill, pack, and ship online and in-store customer orders
• Perform merchandise placements to maintain merchandising standards
• Conduct price changes, reticketing, and move product once marked
• Manage reticketing, damages, mark out of stocks and inventory control tasks
• Back stock merchandise and maintain stockroom organization
• Merchandise product and set up sale events and signage under guidance
• Support set-up and take-down of in-store events and activations
• Follow safety procedures on the dock and in all work areas

Requirements

• 1+ year of retail experience
• Ability to manage competing tasks and work collaboratively
• Basic proficiency with MS Office suite
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 35 pounds as needed
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
