Support Associate, Women's Shoe Runner - Newport Beach

Summary

Assist with stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and merchandise handling to support store sales and customer experience. Perform daily operational tasks in the stockroom and sales floor under direction of managers and leads. Support in-store events, ensure merchandise standards, and follow safety procedures in all work areas.

Responsibilities

• Handle merchandise transfers and process inbound and outbound freight
• Fulfill, pack, and ship online and store customer orders
• Complete merchandise placements to maintain merchandising standards
• Perform price changes, reticketing, and signage moves
• Manage back stocking and stockroom organization
• Handle damages, mark out of stocks, and inventory control tasks
• Support set-up and take down of in-store events and activations
• Follow dock and workplace safety procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience
• Ability to follow direction from managers and work within a team
• Basic proficiency with MS Office products
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 35 pounds as needed
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
