Job Description

Summary

As a Support Merchandising Associate at Neiman Marcus Northbrook, you will play a crucial role in supporting store operations, enhancing customer experience, and maintaining merchandise organization. You will work closely with the RPSO Manager to ensure smooth daily operations in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound and outbound freight.
  • Fulfill, pack, and ship online and store customer orders.
  • Ensure merchandise standards are followed through necessary placements and price changes.
  • Manage reticketing, damages, mark out of stocks, and related inventory control processes.
  • Organize and maintain stockroom and back stocking areas.
  • Support set-up and take down of in-store events and activations.
  • Follow all safety procedures on the dock and in other work areas.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of retail experience.
  • Flexibility with competing tasks and a collaborative mindset.
  • Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
  • Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 35 pounds.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
