Summary

The Support Stock Associate is responsible for receiving, processing, and organizing inventory to ensure the sales floor is replenished and stockroom operations run smoothly. This role works closely with store and visual teams to maintain product presentation and inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unpack merchandise deliveries
• Process incoming inventory and update stock records
• Organize and maintain stockroom and backstock areas
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor and restock as needed
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts
• Support visual team with product placement and displays
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in storage areas

Requirements

• 1 year of related retail or stock experience
• Ability to lift and move merchandise safely
• Basic inventory and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends
