Summary

Support the store's vendor-supported stock team by keeping merchandise stocked and the workstation orderly. Help maintain store and brand standards while supporting smooth boutique operations.

Responsibilities

• Keep the workstation orderly and merchandise properly stocked.
• Uphold store and brand standards and follow safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively and present yourself professionally.
• Bend, lift, and carry merchandise as needed, including items weighing up to 25 pounds.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; no experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Adaptable, resourceful, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform frequent lifting and other physical tasks.
