The role ensures accurate merchandising and efficient back-of-house operations to support the sales team and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming shipments and verify contents against invoices
• Organize and maintain stockroom and storage areas for easy retrieval
• Replenish sales floor merchandise and ensure displays are well stocked
• Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counts as required
• Prepare items for transfer between locations or for returns
• Assist sales team with locating merchandise and special requests
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the stock and back-of-house areas

Requirements

• 1 year of retail or stockroom experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move merchandise safely and efficiently
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfort working in a fast paced luxury retail environment
• Reliable attendance and ability to work a retail schedule including weekends
