Summary

Support Stock Associate responsible for receiving merchandise, organizing stockroom areas, and assisting the sales floor to ensure product availability and store standards are maintained. Works closely with store team to process shipments, restock inventory, and support daily operational needs in a fast paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments and verify contents against packing lists
• Organize and maintain stockroom to ensure easy retrieval of merchandise
• Restock sales floor and windows to maintain product presentation and availability
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as directed
• Prepare merchandise for returns and transfers following store procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in stock and back of house areas
• Collaborate with sales team to locate items and fulfill customer requests

Requirements

• Previous retail stockroom or warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move heavy merchandise safely
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to work flexible retail hours including weekends and holidays
