Support Stock Associate - 59th Street

Summary

The Support Stock Associate is responsible for assisting with inventory receiving, stocking, and maintaining stockroom organization for a luxury ready to wear boutique on 59th Street. This role supports the sales team by ensuring merchandise is replenished and accurately tracked to meet store standards and customer demand.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unpack incoming shipments and verify contents against invoices
• Process merchandise for storage and sales floor replenishment
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
• Organize and maintain the stockroom for efficiency and safety
• Tag, price, and prepare merchandise for display
• Coordinate with sales and visual teams to replenish the sales floor
• Assist with returns and transfers as needed

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of related retail or stockroom experience
• Ability to lift and move merchandise and perform physical tasks
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with inventory systems or point of sale systems preferred
• Reliable punctuality and ability to work a full time schedule including weekends as required
