Summary

Support Stock Associate responsible for assisting with inventory movement, stock replenishment, and maintaining organized stockroom operations at the store location. Role focuses on efficient handling of merchandise and collaboration with sales and stock teams to ensure product availability on the sales floor. Position reports to stockroom or store management and works full time on site.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unpack incoming shipments and verify contents against paperwork
• Sort, tag, and organize merchandise in the stockroom
• Replenish sales floor merchandise and assist with visual resets
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
• Prepare merchandise for transfers and returns as directed
• Keep stockroom clean safe and organized following store procedures
• Assist sales team with locating products and fulfilling stock requests

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail or stockroom experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move merchandise and stand for extended periods
• Basic organizational and inventory tracking skills
• Comfortable using handheld devices or POS inventory tools
• Reliable punctuality and ability to work full time on site
