Tailor - Design District

As a Tailor at ZEGNA's Design District boutique, you will provide top-tier alterations services, ensuring the highest quality for all garments. You will play a crucial role in supporting sales success by utilizing your exceptional tailoring skills and knowledge of materials and sewing techniques.

• Serve as a brand ambassador by presenting garment details during fittings.
• Produce high-quality work and seek growth opportunities.
• Monitor and ensure the quality of all apparel leaving the Tailor Shop meets ZEGNA standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service in alterations, upholding ZEGNA's standards.
• Communicate potential issues within the Tailor Shop to the General Manager.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to analyze and generate solutions.
• Work with Customer Advisors to resolve customer-related issues.
• Ensure accurate and timely communication of clothing repair progress.

• 3+ years of tailoring experience with fitting expertise.
