Tailor - Bal Harbour

Summary

As Tailor for the new Bal Harbour freestanding store, you will manage all in-store tailoring craftsmanship to adapt ready-to-wear pieces to clients' specifications. You will collaborate with Client Advisors to provide alterations, custom tailoring, repairs and styling services. The role requires precision, technical expertise and a commitment to superior craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Perform alterations, repairs, custom tailoring and finishing on ready-to-wear garments.
• Interpret, replicate, construct and deconstruct intricate garments to meet client requirements.
• Partner with Client Advisors to advise clients and ensure a personalized service experience.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, quality control and presentation of finished pieces.

Requirements

• Extensive ready-to-wear tailoring skills and strong technical sewing experience.
• An exceptional eye for detail and craftsmanship.
• Ability to work with complex garments and follow clients' fitting specifications.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with sales and client advisory teams.
