- Ensure all equipment such as sewing machines, pressers, and steamers are well-maintained and in working order.
- Use proper telephone etiquette and communicate customer requests to management.
- Help solve problems and make informed suggestions to improve service and productivity.
- Hang and store customers' altered and unaltered merchandise neatly and participate in store meetings and training seminars.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Requirements- Previous experience as a tailor, seamstress, or fitter.
- Ability to operate all necessary equipment, including sewing machines and pressing equipment.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle heavy garments.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.
