Tailor

As a Tailor at ZEGNA's Beverly Hills Flagship, you will provide the highest-level alterations service to all customers, contributing to the overall sales success with exceptional tailoring skills and knowledge of materials and sewing techniques.

• Serve as an ambassador of the brand by presenting garment details during fittings.
• Produce work to the highest quality and seek growth in necessary areas.
• Monitor and ensure the quality of all apparel leaving the Tailor Shop meets ZEGNA standards.
• Provide the highest level of customer service in alterations, upholding ZEGNA standards.
• Communicate potential issues within the Tailor Shop with the General Manager.
• Work with Customer Advisors to resolve customer-related issues.
• Ensure timely communication of progress and timing for clothing reparations.
