As a Tailor Fitter at our Downtown Store, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing expert alterations and fittings. You will work on-site, collaborating with the Alterations Manager to meet customer expectations and enhance their shopping experience.

• Measure and fit garments to achieve customer expectations.
• Perform alterations and customizations on various merchandise.
• Utilize sewing machine and hand-sewing methods to deliver quality results.
• Provide details regarding service fees and lead time for completion of work.

• Prior functional and technical skills in tailoring and fitting.
• Experience with sewing machine operations.
