Provide expert tailoring and alterations for luxury menswear, delivering high-quality garment construction and exceptional customer service. Perform alterations on jackets, pants and shirts using industrial sewing machines and pressers. Work independently and as part of the store team to achieve store goals and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform alterations and repairs on jackets, pants and shirts to luxury menswear standards.
• Operate, maintain and adjust industrial sewing machines and pressers.
• Provide fit consultations and exceptional customer service to build client loyalty.
• Collaborate with store staff to meet team and sales objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience operating and maintaining industrial sewing machines and pressers.
• Minimum 3 years of tailoring and alterations experience with luxury menswear garments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
