Provide high-quality tailoring and fitting services to customers by measuring, fitting, marking, and altering garments to achieve proper fit and finish while following store guidelines and service standards. Maintain productivity goals, organize alteration requests using store technology, and collaborate with the alterations and store team to meet customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Measure customers for size and fit garments on customers
• Mark areas requiring alterations and perform sewing alterations
• Complete customer fittings and alterations in a timely manner
• Meet department and individual productivity goals
• Utilize store technology to manage and organize customer alteration needs
• Deliver customer expectations through teamwork and collaboration
• Educate customers and employees on proper fit, style, construction, and trend

Requirements

• Previous fitting tailoring and sewing experience, preferred minimum of 2-3 years
• Clear professional communication with coworkers and customers
• Ability to stay organized and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and safely operate sewing pressing machinery and alterations equipment
• Ability to embrace a flexible working schedule based on business needs
