Tailor

As a Tailor at Neiman Marcus in Garland, Texas, you will be responsible for meeting customer requests and expectations for garment fit. You will perform alterations, resizing, and restyling of merchandise sold in Neiman Marcus stores, assisting sales associates with professional guidance on fit, alterability, and structural quality of apparel.

• Perform alterations, resizing, and restyling of garments retailed in Neiman Marcus stores.
• Assist sales associates in achieving their goals by providing professional assistance with fit and garment quality.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting requests and expectations for garment fit.

• Vocational training in alterations preferred.
• Experience in an alteration operation or industrial environment with exposure to various garment styles and fabrics.
• Experience as a sewing machine operator is essential.
• Strong customer focus and technical learning skills.
• Ability to manage and measure work processes effectively.
