As a Tailor at ZEGNA's Phipps Plaza boutique, you will provide top-tier alterations services, contributing to the overall sales success and supporting the team with your exceptional tailoring skills and knowledge of materials and sewing techniques.

• Serve as an ambassador of the brand by presenting garment details to clients during fittings.
• Produce high-quality work and seek improvement in areas where growth is needed.
• Monitor and ensure the quality of all apparel leaving the Tailor Shop meets ZEGNA's standards.
• Provide the highest level of customer service in alterations, upholding ZEGNA's customer service standards.
• Communicate potential issues within the Tailor Shop to the General Manager daily.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to analyze and generate solutions.
• Work with Customer Advisors to resolve customer-related issues.
• Ensure accurate and timely communication of progress and timing for clothing reparations.
