Summary

Provide high-quality tailoring and fittings in a retail environment, ensuring alterations meet company standards and deliver exceptional customer service. Partner with sales staff to support client needs and maintain productive workflow using company systems.

Responsibilities

• Accurately mark garments to ensure proper alterations.
• Perform alterations according to client specifications and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Sales Associates during fittings to provide excellent service.
• Complete special alteration requests for customers.
• Maintain productivity following the PRL system.
• Understand and execute various types of alterations and fittings.
• Ensure markings are clear and concise for other tailors.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of alterations and fitting experience, preferably in high end retail.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Detail oriented, precise, and organized.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate and work within a team environment.
