Provide expert ready-to-wear tailoring services inside the store, performing alterations, custom tailoring, repairs and styling to meet clients' specifications while upholding the brand's craftsmanship and culture.

Responsibilities

• Perform alterations and custom tailoring on ready-to-wear garments
• Execute repairs and reconstruct intricate pieces to client specifications
• Work closely with Client Advisors to assess client needs and deliver tailored solutions
• Ensure high standards of craftmanship and attention to detail in all work
• Maintain the transmission of brand-specific techniques and quality
• Manage tailoring activities and workflow within the store
• Provide styling advice related to garment fit and finishing

Requirements

• Extensive ready-to-wear tailoring skills
• Strong eye for detail and precision in garment construction
• Ability to interpret, replicate, construct and deconstruct intricate garments
• Customer-focused with good communication and collaboration skills
