Responsibilities

• Measure customers, fit garments, and mark areas requiring alterations.
• Complete customer fittings and sewing alterations on time, following service standards.
• Meet productivity goals and use store technology to organize customer alteration needs.
• Educate customers and employees on fit, style, construction, and trends.
• Collaborate with the Alterations and Store Team while safely operating sewing and pressing equipment.

Requirements

• Two to three years of fitting, tailoring, and sewing experience preferred.
• Clear, professional communication skills.
• Ability to stay organized and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and safely operate alterations equipment.
• Flexibility to work a schedule based on business needs.
