Responsibilities

• Measure customers, fit garments, and mark areas requiring alterations.
• Complete fittings and sewing alterations on time and according to service standards.
• Use store technology to organize customer alteration needs and meet productivity goals.
• Collaborate with the alterations and store teams, and advise customers and employees on fit, style, construction, and trends.

Requirements

• Previous fitting, tailoring, and sewing experience; 2-3 years preferred.
• Professional communication skills and the ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Willingness to learn and safely operate sewing, pressing, and alterations equipment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
