Summary

Provide professional tailoring and fitting services to customers, performing alterations and fittings to meet quality and service standards while maintaining productivity and using store technology to manage alteration requests.

Responsibilities

• Measure customers for size and fit garments on customers
• Mark areas requiring alterations and perform sewing alterations
• Complete customer fittings and alterations in a timely manner
• Meet department and individual productivity goals
• Utilize store technology to manage and organize alteration needs
• Collaborate with the Alterations and Store Team to deliver customer expectations
• Educate customers and employees on fit, style, and garment construction

Requirements

• Previous fitting tailoring and sewing experience, preferred minimum of 2 years
• Clear professional communication with coworkers and customers
• Ability to stay organized and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Willingness to learn and safely operate sewing and pressing machinery
• Ability to embrace a flexible working schedule based on business needs
