Job Description

Summary

As a Talent Acquisition Associate at KREWE, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment function and other People initiatives. Based in our New Orleans headquarters, you will work closely with the Senior Director of People to source qualified candidates, manage candidate logistics, and ensure a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities
  • Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn and KREWE’s applicant tracking system.
  • Partner with hiring managers to review resumes and identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Prepare necessary documents for job openings, candidates, and hiring managers.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations for out-of-town candidates as needed.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and communications.
  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking systems with candidate information and status updates.
  • Assist in projects and initiatives that advance the talent acquisition function.
  • Fulfill occasional office management responsibilities in support of People initiatives.
Requirements
  • Approximately 2 years in full-cycle recruiting across a variety of roles.
  • Knowledge and experience in current recruiting practices, sourcing strategies, and networking.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn, and Google Suite.
  • Full time in-person office presence in New Orleans headquarters.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
