Job Description

Summary

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Louis Vuitton's Southeast Regional office in Miami, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Talent Acquisition Team to attract and acquire top talent. This seasonal, full-time position requires a proactive approach to ensure a seamless candidate experience.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate recruitment events to attract potential candidates.
  • Source, screen, and interview potential candidates.
  • Partner with HR and hiring managers to meet hiring needs.
  • Utilize online platforms to source and engage top talent.
  • Maintain the applicant tracking system.
  • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide support.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of recruitment experience.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Experience conducting in-person and telephone interviews.
