Job Description

Summary

The temporary Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Richemont in Fort Worth, TX, will support the Richemont Region Functions for North America. This role involves providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team within the Dallas Market, ensuring smooth recruitment processes and effective communication with candidates and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and manage candidate data.
  • Assist with resume screening, candidate sourcing, and initial contact with applicants.
  • Schedule interviews, manage logistics, and provide support to candidates and stakeholders.
  • Attend and assist with the setup, management, and execution of offsite job fairs.
  • Assist with the onboarding process and prepare necessary paperwork.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain key reports to monitor recruitment activity.
Requirements
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a related field.
  • Previous experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with employees and stakeholders.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High degree of confidentiality with sensitive information.
