Job Description

Summary

The temporary Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Richemont will support the Richemont Region Functions for North America, providing administrative assistance to the Talent Acquisition team within the Dallas Market. This role is estimated to last 12 weeks and involves collaboration with the business, TA Team, and RRF HR Partners to coordinate and provide information to internal clients.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), manage candidate data, and prepare reporting.
  • Assist the TA Team with resume screening, candidate sourcing, and initial contact with applicants.
  • Schedule interviews, manage logistics, and provide candidate and stakeholder support.
  • Attend and assist the TA Team with the setup, management, and execution of offsite job fairs.
  • Assist with the onboarding process and prepare necessary paperwork.
  • Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain key reports to monitor recruitment activity.
Requirements
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in the Talent Acquisition field or a College Degree in a related field such as Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or Business Administration.
  • Previous ATS experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills in working with and building relationships with employees and stakeholders.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Exercise a high degree of confidentiality with sensitive information.
