Responsibilities- Serve as the Talent Acquisition expert for Hermès US operations.
- Design, implement, and manage talent acquisition programs to hire top talent.
- Manage in-house talent systems with a focus on candidate experience.
- Oversee vendor relationships related to recruitment and pre-boarding.
- Design and manage talent sourcing activities to attract high caliber candidates.
- Partner with HR Business Partners to ensure legal compliance of onboarding documents.
- Conduct regular meetings with leaders and hiring managers for recruitment updates.
- Enhance diverse hiring initiatives in partnership with Talent Development.
- Provide talent sourcing and interview skills training to management teams.
- Collaborate with HRBP team to support new programs and initiatives.
- Evolve employer branding design and messaging in partnership with Global team.
- Facilitate internal mobility processes for transfers, promotions, and relocations.
- Own special projects to enhance candidate experience.
Requirements- Minimum 5 years of experience in a high-volume Talent Acquisition role.
- Experience managing Talent Acquisition programs.
- Preferred experience in luxury retail or service-oriented organization.
- Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Recruitment is a plus.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Strong skills in high volume recruitment across all levels.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills.
- Solid understanding of talent acquisition and recruitment best practices.
- Ability to move quickly, influence others, and seek support when needed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in technology for data management and presentation.
- Sound judgment and critical thinking skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
