Job Description

Summary

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead full-cycle recruitment for the Rochambeau Ranch Atelier in Texas, partnering closely with operations to meet high-volume manufacturing hiring needs. This hands-on role focuses on workforce planning, proactive sourcing, and maintaining a strong presence on the workshop floor to align hiring with production demand. The manager will also own candidate experience, recruitment metrics, onboarding coordination, and employer branding to build a reliable talent pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Lead sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management for hourly and salaried roles.
  • Partner with operations leadership on workforce planning and staffing to support production objectives.
  • Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build pipelines for critical and high-volume roles.
  • Maintain presence on the workshop floor to understand operational needs and engage hiring managers and candidates.
  • Manage candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding and coordinate with HR and training teams.
  • Track and report recruitment metrics such as time to fill, quality of hire, pipeline activity, and offer acceptance rates.
  • Develop relationships with external recruiting sources, agencies, and community partners and enhance employer branding.
  • Identify process improvements to increase recruitment efficiency and hiring manager engagement and contribute to HR projects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience.
  • Manufacturing recruiting experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with candidates and employees.
  • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence operational leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Results-driven with a sense of urgency and adaptability in a high-volume operational environment.
