Summary
Lead full cycle recruitment and talent initiatives for the Client Services Center population, partnering with business leaders to source hire and onboard permanent and temporary employees. Support talent projects and participate in regional Talent Acquisition community activities.
Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle recruitment including sourcing interview selection and offers for all roles
- Develop recruitment strategies and proactive talent pipelines for future openings
- Coach and train hiring managers on interviewing assessment and selection best practices
- Coordinate interview scheduling background checks and onboarding administration
- Prepare compensation proposals and negotiate employment offers
- Champion employer branding and represent the brand at recruitment events
- Participate in talent acquisition projects task forces and regional HR meetings
- Ensure legal compliance throughout the recruitment process
- Manage placement of internal candidates and high volume retail recruitment when needed
Requirements
- Experience leading talent acquisition and full cycle recruitment
- Background in high volume and retail recruitment preferred
- Ability to build relationships and partner with leaders at all levels
- Experience developing candidate pipelines and employer branding initiatives
- Strong coaching and communication skills for training hiring managers
- Experience managing onboarding and recruitment administration
- Knowledge of recruitment compliance background checks and offer negotiation
