Talent Acquisition Specialist

Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will drive full-cycle recruitment for both retail and corporate functions, sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates while delivering a brand-aligned candidate experience. This role partners with hiring managers, supports recruiting initiatives, and maintains recruiting metrics and ATS data in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.

Responsibilities

• Leverage multiple sourcing channels to identify talent for retail and corporate roles
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews aligned with brand standards
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, provide market insights, and develop recruiting strategies
• Coordinate interview processes and manage candidate communication from outreach through onboarding
• Maintain ATS data, track recruiting activity, and report on pipeline and market trends

Requirements

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or related role
• Experience supporting both retail and corporate hiring and familiarity with ATS and sourcing platforms
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with attention to detail
