Job Description

Summary

As a Talent Coordinator in Hospitality at RH, you will play a crucial role in supporting our growing Hospitality team by organizing and maintaining candidate pipelines, conducting sourcing research, and ensuring exceptional hiring experiences. You will be a key member of the Hospitality Talent Team, contributing to the development of candidate pipelines and advancing the hiring journey.

Responsibilities
  • Review incoming applications daily and maintain candidate pipelines across job boards and internal systems.
  • Conduct sourcing research using tools such as LinkedIn and job boards to identify top talent.
  • Build and maintain pipelines of both passive and active candidates.
  • Support day-to-day operations with urgency, accuracy, and independent decision-making.
  • Assist the Talent Team with process improvements, documentation, and system updates.
  • Communicate effectively with Talent Leaders and Hiring Leaders across the organization.
Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), online platforms, and HR tools preferred.
  • Resourceful in identifying talent through sourcing techniques, including social media and networking.
  • Sharp analytical skills to evaluate candidate fit against position requirements.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Mac systems.
