Talent Development Intern

Summary

Internship supporting Talent Development and HR initiatives for Retail, Corporate, Client Services Center and Repair workshops. Responsibilities include project coordination, learning materials support, LMS management and assistance with e-learning development and communications. This role reports to the Talent Development Manager and is onsite at the corporate office in Midtown Manhattan for the Spring 2026 cohort.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and executing trainings, workshops, meetings and panels
• Support administration tasks, venue logistics and participant communications
• Prepare and distribute learning materials including presentations and guides
• Provide logistical support during training programs and track attendance
• Manage and update the Learning Management System
• Support development and maintenance of e-learning modules
• Create and distribute communication materials related to programs
• Assist across HR areas and provide cross functional support

Requirements

• Currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate student in a related field
• Ability to be on site in Midtown Manhattan and work January-June 2026
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail and team collaboration skills
• Advanced MS Excel skills including Macros VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables plus Word and PowerPoint
• Experience with graphic design software such as Canva or Adobe is a plus
• Analytical problem solving skills and a growth mindset
• Ability to host guests and provide an elevated experience
