Experience, Skills & Knowledge:
- Must be a citizen of France or of EEA (European Economic Area)
- Must have obtained a Master’s Degree
- 1 + years of Talent Development, or relevant experience
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Preferred experience with aspects of Human Resources including Learning & Development, performance management, change management and problem resolution
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
- Experience in developing Learning/Training Content
- Strong planning, organizational and presentation skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity/complexity while bringing creativity and resourcefulness
- Highly developed technical skills specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, and Canva
