Team Lead - Bal Harbour

Summary

The Team Lead will support the Team Manager at Louis Vuitton's new Bal Harbour freestanding location, leading and inspiring the store team to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive commercial performance. You will coach and develop staff, act as a product and market reference to the Corporate Merchandising team, and support operational tasks including inventory and staff planning. The role requires a client-centric mindset, strong leadership, and a focus on delivering sales results.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor, achieving personal goals and supporting team sales to meet targets.
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members, identify training needs, and contribute to talent identification and succession planning.
• Drive client development using clienteling tools and implement action plans to build long-term relationships.
• Act as a product category champion, providing feedback on product performance, quality, and market trends to Corporate Merchandising.
• Support operational adherence, inventory management, grooming and brand standards, and assist with staff planning.
