Job Description

Summary

The Team Lead will support the Store Manager and Team Managers to mentor and develop the sales team, build client relationships, drive sales goals, and ensure an exceptional luxury client experience at the Bravern location.

Responsibilities

  • Co-create and implement sales strategies with Store Manager and Team Managers
  • Mentor and develop team members to deliver exceptional client service
  • Lead selling and floor management activities to meet sales targets
  • Champion a specific product category and drive business development
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and loyalty
  • Support daily store operations and ensure brand standards are met
  • Communicate effectively with the team and leadership

Requirements

  • Proven retail leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong client centric and communication skills
  • Ability to mentor and develop team members
  • Sales driven with a focus on achieving targets
  • Knowledge of luxury products and market trends
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and ability to identify client needs
  • Available to work retail hours including weekends and holidays
