• Support Store Manager and Team Managers in daily store operations
• Mentor and develop sales team members
• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Drive clienteling and proactive business development
• Manage selling floor and ensure exceptional client experience
• Optionally lead and promote a specific product category
• Oversee operational tasks and ensure store standards are met
