Team Lead

Summary

As a Team Lead in the Denver store, you will support the Store Manager and Team Managers to lead the retail team, build lasting client relationships, and drive sales while delivering an exceptional luxury client experience. You will mentor and develop colleagues, champion category performance, and help execute store operations and sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Co-create and execute sales and client development strategies with the Store Manager and Team Managers.
• Deliver high-quality client interactions to drive loyalty and achieve sales goals.
• Sell on the floor, identify product recommendations based on client profiles and market trends, and champion a specific category.
• Support team development through coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback.
• Assist with store operations and ensure standards of service and presentation are maintained.

Requirements

• Proven retail sales experience, preferably in luxury goods or high-end retail.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a client-centric approach.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members and support a collaborative team environment.
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to identify client needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Flexibility to work retail hours and participate in in-store activities and initiatives.
