Job Description

Summary

The Team Lead will support the Store Manager and Team Managers to mentor and develop the sales team, build and maintain client relationships, drive sales goals, and ensure an exceptional luxury client experience. This role involves co-creating strategies, identifying product opportunities based on client profiles and market trends, and representing the brand on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Store Manager and Team Managers in mentoring and developing team members
  • Drive client and business development through personalized service
  • Lead selling activities and manage the sales floor
  • Champion achievement of sales goals and performance targets
  • Provide team support including coaching and feedback
  • Implement strategies to build client loyalty and market positioning
  • Oversee store operations and ensure high service standards

Requirements
