Team Lead - Manufacturing

As a Team Lead in Manufacturing, you will support a Supervisor in overseeing a team of 45 Lab Technicians. You will play a key role in training group members, resolving issues, and contributing to performance management and candidate interviews. Your proactive approach and adaptability will be essential in our fast-paced production environment.

• Contribute to team goals both independently and as a team player.
• Adapt to ongoing changes in processes and roles.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 to 3 years of related work experience, preferably in production or distribution.
• Experience in optical lab settings and optical finishing is ideal.
• Proven experience in lead roles, including team management and issue resolution.
• High mechanical aptitude and strong communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of shifts and lift up to 15 lbs.
• Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends, as needed.
