Responsibilities

• Achieve personal sales targets and support team members in reaching their goals
• Cultivate and grow a personal client portfolio
• Manage the sales floor presence and ensure adherence to service standards
• Provide regular coaching and development to team members
• Assist in recruiting and developing talent and contributing to succession planning
• Motivate the team to drive business results and foster a collaborative environment
• Act as the product category champion and liaise with Corporate Merchandising
• Share product feedback, client insights, and market trends with stakeholders

• Proven retail leadership experience in a luxury environment
• Strong sales record and ability to coach others to meet targets
• Experience building and maintaining client relationships
• Ability to manage and motivate a team on the sales floor
• Knowledge of product merchandising and market trends in menswear
