Summary
The Team Lead will support the Store Manager and Team Manager in a luxury retail environment, lead the men's team, coach and develop staff, build client relationships, and drive sales while upholding brand values and ensuring exceptional client experiences.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a role model in sales and achieve personal sales goals
- Support the team to reach sales targets and encourage cross-selling
- Cultivate and expand a personal client portfolio
- Manage the sales floor to maximize business opportunities and maintain service standards
- Provide consistent coaching and identify development needs for team members
- Assist in recruiting and developing talent and support succession planning
- Motivate the team to foster a positive and collaborative work environment
- Act as the store point person for Corporate Merchandising and share product feedback
- Implement briefings and action plans to support product category performance
Requirements
- Experience in retail leadership or supervisory role
- Proven sales performance and ability to meet targets
- Strong client relationship building and portfolio development skills
- Coaching and team development experience
- Knowledge of merchandising and ability to provide product insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to uphold brand standards and deliver exceptional client service
