Team Lead - Saks Dadeland

Summary

Lead and inspire the sales team at Saks Dadeland to deliver exceptional luxury client experiences and drive commercial performance. Act as a brand ambassador, supporting the Team Manager in achieving sales goals and maintaining Louis Vuitton service standards. Serve as a point of contact for product performance and collaborate with corporate merchandising to inform assortment and client strategies.

Responsibilities

• Coach, motivate, and develop team members to achieve individual and store sales targets and deliver the Louis Vuitton Promise.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships using clienteling tools and execute action plans to maximize product performance.
• Act as a role model on the sales floor, supporting selling, cross-selling, and high standards of client service and grooming.
• Provide market and client feedback to the Corporate Merchandising team and champion product categories within the store.
• Support operational processes including inventory management, staff planning, and ensuring adherence to brand policies and standards.
