Job Description

Summary

The Team Lead will support the Store Manager and Team Managers to mentor and develop staff, build client relationships, champion sales goals and ensure a luxury client experience. This role requires strong communication, entrepreneurial drive and the ability to identify client needs and market trends to drive business results.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Store Manager and Team Managers in mentoring and developing the team
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive loyalty
  • Co-create sales and client engagement strategies with management
  • Champion a specific product category and market positioning
  • Sell on the floor and manage sales activities
  • Identify client product preferences based on profiles and trends
  • Support achievement of sales goals and targets
  • Oversee operational tasks and ensure store standards

Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail leadership or supervisory role
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
  • Client centric and sales driven mindset
  • Ability to mentor and develop team members
  • Knowledge of luxury retail and market trends
  • Entrepreneurial attitude and problem solving skills
  • Availability to work retail hours at the store location
