Job Description

Summary

As a Team Lead at South Coast Plaza, you will be an ambassador of the Moncler Brand, assisting the Store Director and Store Manager in coaching and developing the team. You will build client relationships, foster sales goals, and ensure the highest level of client experience. You will support store management in operational duties and represent Moncler Brand values to clients and team members.

Responsibilities
  • Support the team in building long-term client relationships and establish a client-centric mindset in store.
  • Communicate and inspire the team on retail strategy and relevant business information.
  • Exceed personal sales targets and develop a strong client database.
  • Act as a role model demonstrating sales leadership and support team sales efforts.
  • Support the Store Management team in delivering the Moncler Promise to every client.
  • Assist in identifying, recruiting, and developing talents within the team.
  • Provide feedback to the Corporate Merchandising team on product performance and market trends.
  • Ensure policies, brand standards, and grooming guidelines are communicated and implemented.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant experience accepted.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive retail experience, with 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Ability to lead by example and inspire team members.
  • Client-centric individual with a proven track record in sales generation and client development.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Professional presentation and effective communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft tools.
