Summary

The Team Lead will support the Store Manager and Team Managers in mentoring and developing staff, building client relationships, championing sales goals, and ensuring a high level of client experience in a luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador to deliver exceptional client service
• Support selling and floor management to achieve sales targets
• Mentor and develop team members in collaboration with managers
• Co-create and implement strategies with Store Manager and Team Managers
• Drive client and business development initiatives
• Champion a specific product category and maintain market positioning
• Oversee operational tasks to ensure smooth store functioning
